That's really nice, well I can be your friend too as you said we have manything in common.. sometimes I feel like what you felt before (needed some one to talk to and share my worried, share my happy times) I did find some friends thanks God, but still they are few, maybe coz I'm WEIRD lollll.. well that's the nature of life anyway.. I just now found your space - and I'm visiting via a link from the "Ladies of MSN Spaces" page. I'm a nominee as well, and I'm enjoying checking out everyone's spaces.

As for the question you asked above, "Why can't men understand our needs?..." I don't think there is just one answer for that question. The answer all depends on the man. For example (and this is my own personal experience), I've been with guys (and I hesitate to use the word "men" only because most of them acted like "boys") who only thought about themselves. They just didn't care about my thoughts or feelings - it was all about them. Basically, they were selfish people. I've also been with a guy who was an only child - so was thoughtless and spoiled in many ways, but in other ways was just as kind and caring as you could want. (I'm an only child too, so I'm sure my husband feels the same way about me at times.) And then there are they guys who only want a trophy. You're good for one thing and one thing only. I've sworn off those types of guys FOREVER. LOL Fortunately for me, I met my husband about 4 years ago. He understands me, he listens to me, he respects my thoughts and wishes, and we communicate better than any couple I've ever heard of.

In my opinion, it doesn't really matter the type of guy you're with - if he's the "right one" for you, he'll treat you better than any man has before. (and yes, I believe in soul mates.)

To answer your question, seriously, I have no answer. Because it depends on individual needs. But one thing for sure, men cannot read our minds. So I make it a point that if I want something, I tell my fiance straight in the face. I'll confront the problem right there and then and so it helps him a lot in understanding my needs better. If I'm not happy about something I tell him but I'm also prepared to listen to what he wants and needs too. And we are never asking for too much, we are women and we always want the best attention they can give us and sometimes even more.
