You aren't a big drinker, but you'll drink if the atmosphere is festive. And when you're drunk, watch out! You're easily carried away.

Pffffft easily carried away....I think not....I am too busy carrying away leftover drunk bodies at parties or night outs....lol. Which really is non exsistant now I'm all growed up...or am I* raises eyebrow*

At times like these I wish I could have a martini. You reminded me of my drinking days (not too much)...The stress in my life has been almost unbearable. Work is beyond busy and stressful. We are facing shut down in our organization because the Federal government found us to be deficient in almost all areas of our services. Which basically means we took the money and didn't provide the service. It's like going to McDonald's and ordering a hamburger with everything on it but you only get the buns and the meat... LOL!! Gotta laugh about it.

Allah does things in ways he sees best for everyone. Although financially I will struggle, losing my job won't be my worst nightmare right now. My bills are paid so I would have less to worry about. Besides, my sweet ABooD will be home soon Inshallah... good news came to us from immigration. Inshallah, Abdallah will be home soon.

My finacial situation hasn't been a dream either. I had to take out a loan to pay my bills and balance my money. That alone makes my face break out and my hair fall out, wallahy it does. Then there are the kids... oh... I have two teenagers... not so fun all the time. I remember the days when i used to wish they were older and now i wish they were babies again... At least that way I would only worry about who will babysit them so I can work. My God...

I'm sorry I haven't been dropping by too much. The truth is that I don't get too much time to get online. I drive sooo much to and from work and when I get home all I have time and energy for is making dinner, cleaning up showaya and talking to my sweet love for a few minutes and down to bed... I get up at 5:30 am and the routine starts again. I am beyond exhausted.... I have to push myself out of bed every morning. I do my salat daily now, so that is helping me keep up with everything... only Allah can give us relief from everything and anything. I sure do wish he would give us some relief from gas prices though... My goodness 3.19 a gallon is not fun. I have a big SUV so it takes more than 65 dollars to fill it up (2-3 times a week)... How do I keep up people ask... By the grace of Allah, I answer! Alhamdulellah!

I hope things are not so bad in Sudan... and that you are still enjoying what you do at your job even if it's too busy sometimes. They say that if you find employment in which you enjoy doing your work, it's not a job, it's a hobby and it's more fulfilling...

Anyway, keep in touch... I miss seeing your messages.
